A new online permit process is in the being set up by the Department of Air Quality, and this new process for obtaining a burn permit will be discussed.

The commissioners will be updated on how the burn permit process differs for residential applicants as opposed to agricultural applicants. The County will consider adopting a new burn ordinance that takes into account these new rules.
