United Way, VISTA launch Soles 2 Souls

A St. Jude's Walk for Life will be held Saturday, April 6 along the Price River Trail. Registration begins at 10 a.m. and the walk will start at 11 a.m.

All proceeds will be give to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. There will be a drawing for prizes for those who make a $5 donation. St. Jude's bracelets will be available for purchase at $5. If bracelet is purchased another entry into the drawing is given.

The two-mile walk is dedicated to the memory of Christina Alvarez, 1985-2001.
