HELPER - Darren LeRoy Milano, age 26, returned home March 7, 2013 in Murray while surrounded by his loving family and friends.
At the time of his passing, Darren was blessed to be living and loving life to the fullest with a good friend when he sustained injuries from a long boarding accident.
He was born April 7, 1986 in Price to Karl Dean Milano and Polly Prettyman.
Darren loved hunting, fishing, camping, horse riding, cooking, watching movies, listening to music and anything that involved family and friends. He especially loved spending time with his son, Izayah, niece Aayla, nephew Kaayd, and the love of his life, Danielle Harris.
Survived by his mother, Polly (Dave) Atwood; son, Izayah Milano; brothers, Jesse (Amy) Milano, Weston (Poppy) Atwood; sister, Kami (Brandon) Paul; girlfriend, Danielle Harris; grandmother, Shirley Prettyman; grandparents, Sally & Ferrel Atwood; and many loving aunts, uncles, niece, nephews, cousins and friends.
Darren was preceded in death by his father Karl Milano, grandparents, Ted Prettyman, Larry and Mary Lou Milano; and uncle Terry Milano.
A Celebration of Darren's life was held on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at the Price Chapel-CMA. A viewing for family and friends was held Friday evening at Mitchell Funeral Home and at the church on Saturday prior to services. Interment, Mt. View Cemetery, Helper.
