   HELPER CITY MIDTERM VACANCY

	Helper City is looking to fill a midterm vacancy for a Mayor
position.
This term would be March 2013 to January 6, 2014.  

	Qualifications for candidates are as follows:   Must be a United
States Citizen, a registered voter of the municipality and a resident
of the municipality for 12 consecutive months immediately preceding
the date of appointment. Candidates will be considered on March 14,
2013 Council Meeting at 6:00 PM at Council Chambers 19 South Main. 
Candidates may register at 73 South Main, Helper City Hall with the
City Recorder by March 11, 2013 at 5:00 PM
