Carbon County will accept sealed bids for up to 600 ton of LMCRS-2
and also up to 100 tons of CSS-1. The bids are due at the Carbon
County clerks' office at 120 East Main, Price, Utah 84501 prior to
5:00 PM on March 5, 2013 and will be opened at commission meeting on
March 6, 2013.
The product must leave the point of origin at a temperature of not
less that 180 degrees.
Carbon County is not responsible for bids that are received late due
to delays in delivery by any source. Faxed bids are not acceptable.
Carbon County reserves the right to reject any and or all bids, to
waive any informality of any bid and to select the bid which in the
opinion of the county provides the best product, warranty and for
service to the county.
