No contest pleas in attempted child sex abuse case
A 26-year-old Price man pled no contest to two counts of attempted sex abuse of a child Monday in Seventh Judicial District Court.
Timothy Lee Romano had been arrested last December with two other persons for a series of abuse allegations involving several children over a period of almost three years.
The original charges were first degree child sex abuse felonies but were reduced to third degree by an agreement of the county prosecutor and defense counsel.
Judge George M. Harmond set sentencing for March 18. The judge ordered Adult Probation and Parole to prepare a pre-sentencing report.
