Open letter to the President

I have never written anything to you or any other President either. I am a retired businessman nobody now living on Social Security Retirement income.

I need to say a few things that are of concern to me now that I am retired from contributing to the growth, wealth and safety of our great country.

I have watched the steady decline of our country over my lifetime and hope that my humble opinions might help you in accomplishing your goals and objectives for America.

To begin, I apologize for accepting the $6.49 monthly cost of living increase you have provided in my social security monthly payment for 2013. Even though my Medicare providers are raising my deductibles, eliminating payment for my needed medical appliances and not paying my doctors an adequate amount for their life sacrifice to education, training and availability when I need them, I still thank you that I am able to live better in America than anywhere else in the world.

After observing you for the past four years I think understand your mission. I had no idea that you aspired to enter the lofty heights of royalty that existed in our country for a time previous to the Revolutionary War.

Since your ambition is now clear to me, I would like to help you in achieving your goals in any small way I can contribute.

First of all, I would like to forgo my increase in cost of living benefits. I feel my $6.49 per month can be sacrificed for the better cause of saving America from financial disaster.

I have been worried for some time now about the word "Trillion" as it applies to America's debts. I didn't even know what "Trillion" meant until you became my President. Thank you for expanding my lexicon knowledge of English words.

Of notice and amazement to me is your special gift of surrounding yourself with the likes of intellectual notables (such as yourself) that are helping you to conceive the plans and create laws that will change our great nation.

The "Platinum Trillion Dollar Debt Reduction Coin" idea has to have come from the mouth of your god, directly to your ear! The idea we can pay our national debt with a simple Trillion dollar coin is so simple an idea that it has defied all presidents and world leaders before you. I only regret that this idea hadn't been discovered in all those years of my hard work and paying of taxes. Where were you when this great concept was needed in my working life? All that tax money I paid I could have had for myself.

Anyway, I had a few ideas of how you can add onto your greatness.

When minting the debt reduction Trillion Dollar Coin, please consider making three denominations; the Platinum, the Gold, and the Silver.

Of course the Platinum Coin should be written in Chinese using the graphic symbol of "Double Happiness" (the same kind you would find in a fortune cookie). Several of these coins need to be minted for the expectation of greater need in paying the Chinese loan debt.

The next coin should be minted and stamped with the words in English, "In US We Trust". This would be a Gold Debt Reduction Coin in the amount of One Billion Dollars per coin. This coin would be used to bail out American and foreign private business debt in all countries. This coin also could also be used to pay off past, current and future war debts .

The third coin that should be minted would be the Silver Debt Reduction Coin in the amount of One Million Dollars each. This coin should be inscribed, "Political Payback Is Bitchin". This coin should be freely given to members of Congress for redistribution to their election contributors so they can stop making decisions, speaking or writing "pork barrel" obligatory laws that take so much of their precious time away from home.

There you have it Mr. President. These are my ideas based on your gifted wisdom and insight of The Debt Reduction Coin. When my ideas are added, our nation would be debt free "paid in full" by your gifted advisors accounting.
