In Coal Exploration Program

Wasatch Natural Resources is inviting all qualified parties to
participate in its proposed exploration of certain Federal coal
deposits in the following described lands in Carbon County, Utah:

T. 13 S., R. 7 E., SLM, Utah
Sec.  2, lots 1-7, S½NE¼, SE¼NW¼, E½SW¼, SE¼;
Sec.  3, lots 1, 2, 5-8, SW¼NE¼, NW¼SE¼;
Sec. 10, all;
Sec. 11, all;
Sec. 14, all;
Sec. 15, all.
Containing 3,507.84 acres.

Any party electing to participate in this exploration program must
send written notice of such election to the Bureau of Land Management,
Utah State Office, 440 West 200 South, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, Utah
84101, and to Gregory Hunt, Chief Operating Officer, Wasatch Natural
Resources, 299 South Main Street, Suite 1300, Salt Lake City, Utah
84111. Such written notice must be received within thirty days after
publication of this notice in the Federal Register.

Any party wishing to participate in this exploration program must be
qualified to hold a lease under the provisions of 43 CFR 3472.1 and
must share all cost on a pro rata basis. An exploration plan submitted
by Wasatch Natural Resources, detailing the scope and timing of this
exploration program is available for public review during normal
business hours in the public room of the BLM, Utah State Office, 440
West 200 South, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, Utah, under serial number
UTU-89492.
