Museum calls for art submissions
The USU Eastern Prehistoric Museum is calling for submissions from all artists, amateur and professional, who live and work east of the Wasatch Front, for a new exhibit, "The Other Side of Utah."
Two- and three-dimension art is welcome, including photography.
Submissions will be accepted at the museum February 12 through 16 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The exhibit will run from February 23 through May 10.
There will be a Members Opening on February 22 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
Art may be picked up May 14 through 18.
There is a limit of two entries per person. For entries 30 inches or more in one dimension the limit is one per person. All flat art needs to be framed and wired or otherwise ready to hang. Â Sculpture will be accepted subject to case size limitations and/or need for physical security.
The Prehistoric Museum reserves the right to reject, or remove from display, any submitted artwork.
