The Carbon High Boys Basketball team played one of the their best games of the season in an 80-70 win over Delta last Wednesday.

But they followed that up with a tough 83-33 loss to Payson on the road on Friday night.

In their win over Delta, the Carbon High offense played one of their best games to date scoring a season-high in points.

However against Payson, the offense shot 11-of-42 (26 percent) from the field and 10-of-21 (48 percent) from the free throw line. They also committed 17 turnovers in the loss.

The Dinos (9-9 overall, 2-4 Region 12) will look to bounce back when they host Region 12 leader Spanish Fork on Wednesday evening at 7 p.m.
