Notice
Carbon County will accept sealed bids for up to 5000 tons of ½" to
3/4" hot mixed asphalt. The bids are due at the Carbon County clerks'
office at 120 East Main, Price Utah 84501, prior to 5:00 P.M on
February 19, 2013, and will be opened at commission meeting February
20, 2013.
Carbon County is not responsible for bids that are received late due
to delays in delivery by any source, Faxed bids are not acceptable.
Carbon County reserves the right to reject any and or all bids, to
waive any informality of any bid and to select the bid which in the
opinion of the county provides the best product, warranty and for
service to the county.
Note: on the outside of a sealed envelope write (in Red) Asphalt Bid
