NOTICE OF HEARING
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 17-27a-204, Utah Code
annotated, Notice is hereby given that the Board of County
Commissioners of Carbon County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at a
meeting to be held Wednesday February 6, 2013 at 4:30 PM in the
Commission Chamber of the Courthouse, Price, Utah for the purpose of a
request for final approval of Phase 1, a 3-lot subdivision located off
of Fairgrounds Rd., Price, Utah by School and Institutional Trust
Lands Administration (SITLA)
