Missing teenagers found Monday in Hollywood

The Helper City Police Department reported Tuesday that two juveniles missing since Nov. 29 were located in Hollywood, CA, Monday. Mattea Jeffs, 17, and Jesse Turner, 16, were said to be in good condition.

Helper Police Chief Trent Anderson the teenagers were located by the Los Angeles City Police Department officers who were acting a a tip.

Jeffs and Turner have been taken into protective custody for the time being until arrangements can be made to return them to their families.

Anderson said his department is grateful for all those who assisted in the investigation.
