Helper's annual Electric Light Parade once again brightened the holiday season Friday and Saturday nights. Crowds braved chilly weather but had to contend with only light snowfall. Saturday's parade concluded with a fireworks display. The parade was the finale for weeks worth of activities in Utah's Official Christmas Town.
