Keith Cox honored for service

> Keith W. Cox of Spring Glen displays the plaque he received from the Utah Association of Special Service Districts for winning the group's 2012 Distinguished Board Member Award. Cox has been a board member of the Price River Water Improvement District for 15 years. He has also been on the board of the Spring Glen Water Company for 35 years and its president for 25 years.
