Work grinds along on improvements at county fairgrounds

A grader pushes dirt being hauled from the west side of the fairgrounds as crews fill in and level areas near the outside arena. The latest large project slated at the county fairgrounds will be the construction of an indoor shooting range building. The revenues to complete many of the facility upgrades and improvement projects at the fairgrounds have come from grants along with matching funds provided by Carbon County government.
