	Carbon School District will accept bids from firms certified to
perform ALTA/ACSM land title surveys.  All firms must be licensed by
the state of Utah experienced in this type of survey.    Survey to
conform to Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land
Title surveys dated 23 February 2011.  Sketch of properties to be
surveyed and Table A options can be requested by email for inclusion
in cost of the survey.   Bids to be submitted to  Carbon School
District , 251 West 400 North, Price UT, 84501, ATTN: Deon Kone by
1000 am 13 December 2012 bids may be delivered in person by FAX or
email as shown below.

	If awarded the project State of Utah workmen's compensation must be
provided by firm along with general liability insurance as required by
State of Utah.   The School District reserves the right to reject any
or all Bids, or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid, in
the best interests of the School District.  All questions to be
addressed to Deon Kone as shown.
