NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF APPOINTMENT
In the Seventh Judicial District Court In and for Carbon County,
State of Utah, In the Matter of the Estate of Malinda M. Hunt also
known as Malinda Mae Hoggatt Hunt, Deceased, Probate No. 123700050.
Creditors of the estate are required to present their claims in
writing to Susan L. Turner, whose address is P. O. Box 459, Sunnyside,
UT 84539, who has been appointed as Personal Representative of
decedent's estate, or to the Personal Representative's attorney,
Michael R. Jensen of Jensen Bryner Law Offices, PLLC, whose address is
90 West 100 North, Suite 3, Price, Utah 84501, or to the Clerk of the
above court, within three months after the date of first publication
of this Notice or be forever barred.
