USU Eastern's final Bread 'n' Soup Night Monday enjoyed live music as well as hot soup and fresh bread. Servers, who also acted as a welcoming committee, included the college chancellor Joe Peterson and and several vice-chancellors. Proceeds from the event go to the Carbon County Food Bank. Below, Eastern Utah Community Credit Union President Mike Milovich gets some exercise by helping load cartons of food donated at the credit union.
