The Carbon County Sheriff's Office are looking for assistance from the public with the case of a local man who has been missing for over a week.

Justin Olson, a 26-year-old from Price, has been missing since Sunday, Oct. 28. His mother, Carolyn Atwood, said he worked a shift at his job at Wendy's on Saturday, Oct. 27 but has gone missing since then. She and friends of Olson have tried to reach him on his cell phone, but all of the calls have not been returned.

Atwood said Olson was involved in a car accident on Friday, Oct. 26 when he allegedly drove off a steep embankment on Consumers Road and rolled the car down a hill. The Carbon County Sheriff's Office and emergency personnel responded to the scene but Atwood said Olson declined to be transported to the hospital. He was treated at the scene and was transported back to his home in the Pillings Trailer Court in Carbonville that night, Atwood said.

After not being able to contact her son in the few days following the accident, Atwood filed a missing person report with the Carbon County Sheriff's Office.

Olson, who also goes by his rapper name of Onin Tr3, lists on his Facebook page that he lives in Palm Springs, Calif. Atwood said Olson has expressed interest in leaving the area to go there but doesn't believe that he would just leave without telling anyone.

Atwood said Olson is about 5-foot-7 and 160 lbs.

If anyone has any information on Olson's whereabouts, contact the Carbon County Sheriff's Office at 636-3251.
