Focus on safety when tackling outdoor projects

The weather last week was unusually warm which led to many people to do projects outside, like the construction of this sign that Dave Gerrard was completing on 100 North in Price. Driving around Carbon County produced sights of residents picking up weeds and leaves from yards and even some people mowing their lawns. The good weather just made work that much easier for construction crews as well. But by Friday the clouds had moved in and it started to rain. Saturday and Sunday brought some good precipitation values to the Castle Valley area along with some much needed snow in the mountains. The forecast for this week is for colder temperatures and continued unsettled weather off and on. Spring officially begins on Friday.
