Traffic was blocked at the junction of SR 123 and US 6 due to a two vehicle collision and rollover early Tuesday evening.

According to an eye witness, the incident occurred when a Savage Coal truck turned west off of Hwy. 123 and collided with a west bound Ford truck. The impact caused the coal truck to tip and spill its load as well as diesel fuel across the roadway. Utah Highway Patrol, Wellington Police and East Carbon City Police blocked off the scene while waiting for the Carbon County HAZMAT Squad. While ambulances had not yet arrived on scene, there appeared to be no serious injuries.
