Helper appoints 5 members to city's Board of Health

The Helper City Council on Thursday appointed Mayor Dean Armstrong to head the newly reactiviated Board of Health for the city.

Also named to the board were council member Chris Pugliese, and citizens Lillian Martinez, Steve Knight and Ed Chavez.

The board will be responsible for oversight of the city's municipal health ordinances.
