ELMO - Our loving, wonderful and kind father James Leroy Wright, age 76, was carried away by the angels peacefully on Sept. 28, 2012 at the Beehive Homes in Elmo.
He was born Nov. 13, 1935 in Scofield to John "Boone" and Agnes Milliam Wright.
He met the love of his life Jane McKendrick and they were married on Feb. 2, 1962. They had one daughter Cora "Cory" Lynne Wright. They enjoyed 48 wonderful years together until the angels took Jane away on Jan. 12, 2010. James was a very happy man, a friend to all and always willing to help anyone. He loved to tease people especially his wife and daughter. James loved the outdoors especially fishing and swimming. He greatly enjoyed country music. James was a hard worker and worked in various jobs from being a cooks helper to working for the D&RGW Railroad for 25 years. No matter how hard he worked you would always see his mischievous smile. Till we meet again my loving father, I will always miss and love you very much.
Survived by his loving daughter Cora Wright, Price; sister, Leah (Clair) Jackson, Spanish Fork; brother, Bobby (Maxine) Wright, Cody, Wyo.
Preceded in death by his parents; wife, Jane.
