Pursuant to the provisions of Section 17-27a-204, Utah Code
annotated, Notice is hereby given that the Board of County
Commissioners of Carbon County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at a
meeting to be held Wednesday October 3, 2012 at 4:30 PM in the
Commission Chamber of the Courthouse, Price, Utah for the purpose of
final approval of the Barred Choice Subdivision located on Airport
Road on Parcel #02-1772-0000 by John Houston
