james IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER YOU ARE IN DEFAULT UNDER A
DEED OF TRUST, DATED July 15, 2003 UNLESS YOU TAKE ACTION TO PROTECT
YOUR PROPERTY, IT MAY BE SOLD AT A PUBLIC SALE.  IF YOU NEED AN
EXPLANATION OF THE NATURE OF THE PROCEEDING AGAINST YOU, YOU SHOULD
CONTACT A LAWYER. On October 12, 2012, at 11:00am, James H. Woodall,
as duly appointed Trustee under and pursuant to Deed of Trust recorded
July 22, 2003, as inst. No. 099956, in book 540, page 339, of Official
Records in the office of the County Recorder of Carbon County, State
of Utah executed by James Mitchell and Amy Mitchell, Husband And Wife,
As Joint Tenants  WILL SELL AT PUBLIC AUCTION TO HIGHEST BIDDER,
PAYABLE IN LAWFUL MONEY OF THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF SALE,
(Successful bidders must tender a deposit of $20,000 in certified
funds to the Trustee at the time of sale, with the balance due by noon
the following business day, at the office of the Trustee), At the main
entrance of the carbon county district court 119 E. 100 S. Price, Utah
all right, title and interest conveyed to and now held by it under
said Deed of Trust in the property situated in said County and State
described as: Beginning 773.5 feet east and 323 feet south of the
northwest corner of the southwest quarter of section 21, township 14
south, range 10 east, salt lake base and meridian; thence west 150
feet; thence south 50 feet; thence east 150 feet; thence north 50 feet
to the point of beginning. Situate in Carbon county, state of Utah.
The street address and other common designation, if any, of the real
property described above is purported to be: 468 South 100 West Price 
Ut  84501  Estimated Total Debt as of October 12, 2012 is $78,353.63.
The undersigned Trustee disclaims any liability for any incorrectness
of the street address and other common designation, if any, shown
herein.  Said sale will be made, but without covenant or warranty,
express or implied, regarding title, possession, condition, or
encumbrances, including fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee and
of the trusts created by said Deed of Trust, to pay the remaining
principle sums of the note(s) secured by said Deed of Trust.  The
current beneficiary of the Trust Deed as of the date of this notice
is: U.s. Bank N.a.,in Its Capacity As Trustee For The Registered
Holders of The Home Equity Asset Trust 2003-6, Home Equity
Pass-through Certificates, Series 2003-6  and the record owners of the
property as of the recording of the Notice of Default is/are: James
