For by Grace are ye saved through Faith; and that not of yourself: It is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2: 8-9

I began my journey on April 9, 1929 at Price City Hospital the oldest child of Jack Clyde and Anna C. Forsyth.

The first home I remember was in the mining camp of Wattis where I lived with my family until my baby sister developed a heart murmur and the doctor said moving to a lower elevation would help her. My mother, my baby sister and I moved to Price

to live.

When my father stopped mining we moved to Helper.

I was educated in Price and Helper Schools graduating from Carbon High School.

I continued my education at the University of Utah College of Nursing alliliated with St. Mark's Hospital. Then I left to follow another avenue of my life pursuits

I was privileged to raise three children to adulthood. This was not an obligatory chore, but a labor of love. These children were all accomplished according to their own personal innate abilities in pursuing and securing sound accomplishments in music and whatever other fields of endeavor they were interested in.

Faced with an ailing husband I recognized the necessity of having to once again join the ranks of the employed. It was at this time I continued with my education.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Snow College with an associate of Science Degree. I further pursued my love of learning at Southern Utah University graduating with my Bachelors Degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in History.

During the years I taught school I continued my education and went on to earn a Masters of Education Degree from the University of Utah.

I was proceeded in death by my parents and a son.

I am survived by many cousins and my faithful friend and companion, Angel Campuzano.

Services (to be announced) under the direction of Mitchell Mortuary. Interment at Mountain View Cemetary.
