A roll of rubber belting sits near cement foundations that once supported the Willow Creek conveyor system running through the mountain near Carbon power plant. The mine's permanent closure has culminated in reclamation work at the site. The reclamation procedures are changing the scenery not only at Willow Creek, but in Price Canyon as the familiar mining structures and coal production related equipment are removed from the properties.
