Pursuant to the provisions of Section 57-5-7.5, Utah Code annotated,
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of
Carbon County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at a meeting to be
held Wednesday September 5,2012 at 4:30 PM in the Commission Chamber
of the Courthouse, Price, Utah for the purpose of considering a
recommendation of the Planning Commission to approve an amendment to
the Carbon County Master Plan to include an Energy Overlay Zone.
