Like two poles on a magnet, events on the east and west sides of Carbon Country attracted big crowds Friday and Saturday. In Price, it was the annual Greek Festival at the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church that was the big draw. Photos of that event will run in Thursday's paper. Today's picture pages beginning on 10A highlight the Community Daze extravaganza in East Carbon/Sunnyside. Above, Kristy Manzanares enjoys roasted corn, while Lynn Carlsen gets some exercise on his vehicle at the car show.
