If it flies and you can't identify it, what should you call this object?

The photo on the left of a Sky Crane helicopter at Huntington Lake State Park has a second flying object in it. The enlargement above reveals a modified saucer-shaped object which had some people wondering whether it was some new top-secret military aircraft or even something extraterrestrial.

What's your guess? Hint: the UFO may be closer to the camera than the helicopter is, instead of further in the distance.
