Energy Days, Yes; Fireworks, No

In addition to declaring a state of emergency Wednesday, the county commission also banned fireworks on county property due to the fire danger. That means the fireworks display scheduled for the Southeastern Utah Energy Producers Association Energy Days at the Fairgrounds on July 4 is canceled. All other activities for the day will happen as planned.
