TO CRYSTAL ELLIOT:
YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED to appear before the above-entitled court, at
Emery County Court Complex, 1850 North 560 West, Castle Dale, Utah, on
the 11th day of July, 2012 at the hour of 1:00 p.m. to show cause, if
any you may have, why the court should not implement the following
orders:
a. That the Respondent be found in contempt of court and
appropriately sanctioned for such contempt; and
b. That Petitioner be awarded temporary physical custody of the
parties' minor children; and
c. That Respondent be ordered to pay Petitioner's legal fees and
costs associated with this enforcement action.
