Kevin Higley, professional rodeo clown and barrelman entertainer from Hooper, Utah, has been clowning around for over 25 years and has been entertaining crowds all over the Northwest from the Canadian border to the Mexico border and also Hawaii. Kevin's acts include Hollywood Tex and John, World's Funniest Magic Sonic Wash, White Lightning - Newest Compact Car, Dipstick the barrel racing dog, and many other acts.

Kevin's interests are his family. He believes rodeo is truly a family sport and entertainment. He helps out with high school and college programs and owns and operates Circle H Construction, Inc. building custom homes.
