Letter to the Editor, Couple of irritants

As a relative newcomer to Carbon County, having moved here from Salt Lake City three years ago, I hesitate to criticize anything local.
Being positive is obviously the best overall policy.
Carbon has clean air; Salt Lake's is horrendous. Carbon's water tastes great, so does Salt Lake's. Salt Lake has a symphony.
Sorry Carbon.
Overall though, Carbon and Emery come out ahead.
But there are two minor negatives.
One, why can't the Elk's Lodge fix their sign which as been in disrepair for three years?
Two, why can't Wal-Mart water their previously attractive grass so RV'ers will leave town with a positive experience?
