Sagging power line closes Highway 10

High winds loosened a power line about two miles south of Price Friday afternoon, causing the line to sag to windshield height across U-10. The Highway Patrol blocked traffic in both lanes for about an hour until a Rocky Mountain Power line crew repaired the damage.
