SPRING GLEN - Jerry Dolinski, age 73, passed away May 21, 2012 at Castleview Hospital in Price after a courageous battle with cancer.

On May 18, 1962, he married the love of his life, Deon Thomas in Smithfield. Jerry always stated that "she swept him off his feet because she was the best polka dancer and he liked what he saw."
Jerry was a longtime resident of Carbon County who was employed as a mechanic at Braztah, Soldier Creek and Plateau coal mines. He also enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, bowling and working on cars. He loved sharing time with his family on Sundays and was always ready for a Wendover trip. Jerry was an avid subscriber to Days of our Lives and he never missed an episode.
