Markie Rudman, 20, of Cleveland (center) was chosen as this year's Black Diamond Legends Pro Rodeo Queen. She is flanked by First Attendant Sierra Howard, 22, Price, (right) and Second Attendant Laciejo Funk, 14, Elmo. The royalty will receive scholarships to USU Eastern. They also got decorative belt buckles and jewelry. The young women will be promoting and representing the rodeo at various community functions.
