Call for entries in Youth Art Competition
The Helper Arts Festival is calling for entries in the youth art competition and exhibit that will be showcased the the festival from August 16 to 19.
The competition is open to all students K-12. Private and home-schooled students are welcome. First, Second, Third and Honorable Mention awards will be given in each grade level.
Best of Show, Most Promising Student and Mayor's Choice will be award at the artist reception held and hour before the social dance on Thursday evening.
The Helper City Library is already accepting entries, and entries may be submitted through Aug. 10.
Entry forms must be attached to the art work. Forms are available at the library or by calling Bernice Robertson at 920 285-3244.
