ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Supervisor Buildings and
Grounds of Carbon School District, 65 East 400 North, Price, UT 84501
until 1000 am 18 May 2012.
PROJECT: Remove existing carpet and rubber base and furnish and
install new carpet and rubber base as required by scope of work
instructions.
LOCATION: Various schools in the Carbon School District. All
bidders must come to the above address and sign out a copy of the
floor plans and scope of work. All bidders must measure the areas for
their own calculations. All work listed must be complete by 1 August
2012.
All state required insurances and verification that bidders are
signed up in state required E-verify system must be provided at time
of bid award. Payment bond is required for this work and lien
releases to be included in payment request. The District reserves the
right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality or
technicality not of a statutory nature in the interest of the
District.
