ARE IN DEFAULT UNDER A DEED OF TRUST, DATED January 10, 2008. UNLESS

duly appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust recorded February 06,
2008, as Instrument No. 127655, in Book 665, Page 0410-0424, of the
Official Records in the office at the County Recorder of Carbon
County, State of Utah, executed by Stanley G. Coleman, will sell at
public auction to highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the
United States at the time of sale. Successful bidders must tender a
deposit of $5,000 in certified funds to the trustee at the time of
sale, with the balance due by noon the following business day, at the
office of the Trustee. At the main entrance of the carbon county
district court 119 E. 100 S. Price Utah all right, title and interest
conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust in the
property situated in said County and State described as: Lot 26 and
the north 21 feet of lot 27, plat a, ballinger subdivision of block
16, price townsite survey, according to the official plat thereof..
The street address and other common designation of the real property
described above is purported to be: 141 South 500 East Price Ut
84501. Estimated Total Debt as of May 21, 2012 is $105,108.80. The
undersigned Trustee disclaims any liability for any incorrectness of
the street address and other common designation, if any, shown herein.
Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty, express or
implied, regarding title, possession, condition or encumbrances,
including fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts
created by said Deed of Trust, to pay the remaining principal sums of
the note(s) secured by said Deed of Trust. The current beneficiary of
