			Owner:	Carbon County School District

					Price, UT  84501
		
			Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Carbon School
District - Mont Harmon Jr. High Phase II and Wellington Elementary
Site Improvements, 2012 , which includes demolition and removal of
existing features, 1,700-cy excavation, 3,550-ton UBC, 1,850-ton HMA,
1,300-lf concrete curb & gutter, 3,700-sf concrete sidewalk, and
related work will be received by Carbon School District at the office
of Jones & DeMille Engineering 1675 South Hwy-10, Price, UT 84501,
until Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at  11:00 AM and then at said office
opened and evaluated. Please indicate on outside of bid "Mont Harmon &
Wellington Site Improvements".  Carbon School District is not
responsible for bids that are received late due to delays in delivery
by any source. Carbon School District reserves the right to reject any
and all bids, to waive any informality of any bid and to select the
bid which in the opinion of the School District provides the best
product, warranty and/or service to the School District.
		
			The BIDDING DOCUMENTS may be examined at Jones & DeMille
Engineering and the following locations:
		
		McGraw Hill - AGC: 2195 West, 5400 South, Suite #101, Taylorsville,
UT 84118; and 313 East 1200 South #103, Orem, UT.
		
		      Mountainlands Plan Room: 116 South State Street, Orem, UT
84097; 3560 South 583 West, Suite #4, SLC, UT 84115; 1900 West 5523
South, Suite #3, Roy, UT 84067; 
		
			Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments: 375 South
Carbon Ave, Price, UT 84501; and 915 South Main, St. George, UT 84770.
		
			Copies of the BIDDING DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of
Jones & DeMille Engineering, 1675 South Hwy-10, Price, UT 84501
Phone:435-637-8266, upon payment of $50.00 for each paper set or
$25.00 for each electronic file (pdf), no part of which will be
refunded.
		
			A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held Thursday, May 3, 2012  
at 10:00 AM.
		
			This pre-bid conference will be held at   Mont Harmon Jr. High (60
West 400 North, Price, UT) then proceed to Wellington Elementary (250
West 200 North, Wellington, UT.
