Summary of Resolution Number 2012-01
In the regular meeting of the Board of Carbon County
Commissioners of March 7, 2012, the Commissioners approved Resolution
Number 2012-01, a Resolution Authorizing the Use of Eminent Domain to
Acquire Real Property in Carbon County Along Nine Mile Road, effective
March 7, 2012. A copy of the complete Resolution is available for
review at the Office of the County Clerk, Carbon County Courthouse,
120 East Main Street, Price, Utah.
