Pursuant to the provisions of Section 57-5-7.5, Utah Code
annotated, Notice is hereby given that the Board of County
Commissioners of Carbon County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at a
meeting to be held Wednesday May 2, 2012 at 4:30 PM in the Commission
Chamber of the Courthouse, Price, Utah for the purpose of review and
possible approval of an amendment of a Conditional Use Permit on the
USA 12-538 Well located in Section 12, Township 14S, Range 09E
