USU Eastern baseball suffers sweep by Southern Nevada

After taking three of four games from Colorado Northwestern Community College in mid-March, the Eagles have backtracked and watched as their losing streak reached a season-high eight games, including a four-game sweep at the hands of College of Southern Nevada over the weekend.

CSN took the sweep thanks to wins of 8-4 and 17-6 on Friday and 6-0 and 10-3 wins on Saturday.

USU Eastern (11-23, 3-17 SWAC) will travel to Twin Falls, Idaho for a four-game series with College of Southern Idaho starting on Friday.
