    Carbon County will accept sealed bids for a used telescoping work
platform for our fairgrounds operations.  The minimum specifications
	Can be used or new machine	
	All wheel drive
	Low hour 2000 hours or less
	Diesel engine
	Minimum of 85' reach
	Duel capacity platform capacity minimum 500 lb
	360 degree rotation

	List all options or other features, also all maintenance and warranty
	Bids are due at the Carbon County clerk's office at 120 East Main,
Price, Utah 84501, prior to 5:00 p.m. April 17, 2012.  Bid opening
date is April 18,2012 at a regular commission meeting beginning at
4:30 pm. At the County Courthouse, 120 East Main Street, Price, Utah. 
On the outside of envelope write (in Red Ink) "sealed bid for
"Telescoping work platform".

	Carbon County is not responsible for bids that are received late due
to delays in delivery by any source.  Faxed bids are not accepted.

	Carbon County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive
any informality of any bid and select the bid which in the opinion of
the county provides the best product, warranty and / service for the
