    THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE INDIVIDUAL ROBERT MAX DRAVES

	YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to serve upon or mail to
Petitioners' attorney David A. McPhie, 2105 E. Murray-Holladay Rd.,
Holladay, Utah 84117, a copy of an Answer in writing to the Amended
Petition for Adoption, and file the original of said Answer with the
Clerk of the above-entitled court within thirty (30) days.

	The Amended Petition for Adoption alleges that you have abandoned
your child A.R.T. You may obtain a copy of the Amended Petition for
Adoption from the Court (the address is listed below), or from counsel
for the Petitioners' whose address is listed above.

	The Clerk of the Court is located at 450 South State Street, Salt
Lake City, Utah 84111. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will
be taken against you for the relief demanded in said Amended Petition
for Adoption, which has been filed with the Clerk of the
above-entitled Court, a copy of which is hereto annexed and herewith
served upon you.

	If your address is unknown to Petitioners or their attorney and the
Amended Petition for Adoption is not attached to this summons, you may
obtain a copy of the Amended Petition for Adoption from the Clerk of
the above-entitled Court. This action is pursuant to the attached
Amended Petition for Adoption.
