Dillian Manzanares, Dustin Norried and Daniel Snider open their fortune cookies following an authentic Chinese luncheon. Castle Heights Elementary participated in a traditional Chinese lunch Jan. 31 to coincide with the cultures new year celebration. School lunch worker, Mary Chidester plans lunch celebrations such as this on a regular basis to allow students to enjoy and partake in lunch time activities.
