For the eleventh straight year, the USU Eastern Cosmetology Department offered free haircuts, styles and manicures last Saturday with no appointment necessary. Well, the services were not exactly free. Customers had to leave their trimmings behind. The hair, carefully washed, bundled and measured goes to Locks of Love, an organization that provides hand-made human hair wigs for cancer victims who have lost their own hair because of treatments. The theme for this year's event was "Hair Raising Hearts."
