STOCKHOLDER'S MEETING
CARBON CANAL COMPANY, INC. will hold the annual stockholders'
meeting Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. at the PRWID office,
265 S. Fairgrounds Rd., Price, Utah. Agenda will include: Financial
report for 2011, Budget for 2012, policy setting for Winter Water
usage and leaks, election of 4 directors, and other business as
brought before the Board. Proxies are available at the Canal Office
(23 S. Carbon Avenue #7, Price, Utah) or from Board members. Only
proxies with original signatures will be accepted prior to the meeting
between 7 and 8 p.m.
